Weer Bezoek aan Mesologe – een Update

Bij de Mesologe - update

Vorige week zei ik het al, dat ik weer bij de mesologe was geweest, maar toen vond ik het meer tijd voor een lekker recept van mijn dochter. En dat was een succes, als ik de reacties mag geloven! Dus als je het gemist hebt, ga gauw nog even kijken, zeker als je van citroen houdt!

En nu is het dus toch echt de hoogste tijd voor een update voor wat mijn gezondheid betreft. De medicijnen die ik had gekregen van de mesologe leken wel iets te helpen. Ik had iets minder vaak last van een slechte adem in ieder geval. Ontlasting veranderde niet echt veel.

Dit bleek ook wel te kloppen, want hoewel bij de metingen en testen naar voren kwam dat het iets had gewerkt, maar dat het nog niet helemaal goed was. Er zit nog steeds een bacterie die er niet zou moeten zitten, er is nog steeds een tekort aan mineralen (de cellen nemen het niet voldoende op) en de vetvertering is ook nog niet optimaal.

 

Nikkel

Een bijkomend probleem bleek nu in ene nikkel te zijn. Nu heb ik geen nikkelallergie, ik reageer er niet op met huiduitslag, maar toch zou er teveel nikkel in de weefsels aanwezig zijn en dit schijnt verband te houden met de vetvertering.

Omdat er veel nikkel in chocola zit, mag ik dat dus voorlopig niet meer eten… Koffie ook niet en ook geen soja en spullen uit blik, maar dat nam ik toch al nooit. Andere dingen waarop ik moet letten zijn noten met vliesjes, maar die at ik toch al bijna niet, zilvervliesrijst, volle granen en peulvruchten.

Er zit niet alleen fytinezuur in die dingen, ook veel nikkel dus, nog een reden om daar voorzichtig mee te zijn.

Nu was ik juist weer granen en soms peulvruchten gaan eten nu ik het GAPS-dieet niet meer volg. Nog geen granen met gluten, maar wel haver en boekweit en laten die nou juist behoorlijk wat nikkel bevatten… (Bron) Misschien komt het daar wel door en door de cacao die ik van de winter toch wel regelmatig nam, dat mijn nikkel gehalte wat aan de hoge kant was…

Uiteraard ben ik meteen op onderzoek uitgegaan op het internet en daar las ik, o.a. op de site van het Voedingscentrum (…) dat mensen met een nikkelallergie er soms baat bij kunnen hebben deze voedingsmiddelen allemaal te laten staan, maar ik las ook dat rvs pannen een probleem kunnen zijn. Ai… dat kan problematisch zijn, want mijn soeppan en kookpannen zijn allemaal rvs en ook gebruik ik regelmatig mijn rvs koekenpannen…

Gelukkig hoef ik niet zo heel streng te zijn volgens de mesologe en is het niet een kwestie van helemaal bannen, dat zou ook niet mogelijk zijn, een geheel nikkelvrij dieet bestaat niet, want nikkel is overal. In de lucht, door uitlaatgassen, in de bodem en dus ook in de planten die daarop groeien…

 

De Middelen

Ze heeft me weer uitgebreid doorgemeten en allerlei middelen getest en ben weer naar huis gestuurd met 2 homeopathische middelen (Natrium muriaticum D6 in plaats van de magnesium van de vorige keer en Bryonia cretica D6) en kruidnagel capsules. Over het tweede homeopathische middel kan ik niet echt duidelijke informatie vinden, ook in het Engels niet. Het eerste is eigenlijk gewoon tafelzout…

 

Kruidnagel

Kruidnagel wordt veel toegepast bij parasieten. Nu weet ik een ding bijna zeker, een parasiet heb ik niet, want ik heb zo’n uitgebreide ontlastingstest daarvoor laten doen, maar bij een beetje online onderzoek, blijkt kruidnagel ook een goede bron van ijzer, calcium en magnesium te zijn. Die mineralen dus weer!

En kruidnagel heeft ook een ontstekingsremmende en antibacteriële werking en dat zal wel eens de reden kunnen zijn dat dit kruid er bij mij uitkwam als gunstig. Ook is het bekend vanwege zijn pijnstillende werking, denk aan een kruidnagel in je holle kies tegen de kiespijn. (Bron).

 

Weer Afwachten dus

Het is dus weer kijken hoe het zal gaan de komende maanden, of dit nu wel goed zal aanslaan… Als het nou weer niet werkt, betwijfel ik of ik hiermee door zal gaan, ik kan dan beter toch gaan denken aan wat testen, ben ik bang. De prijzen van die testen zijn zo hoog, dat ik dat almaar uitstel en zo ernstig zijn mijn klachten nu ook weer niet. Ik voel me verder prima, sterker nog: ik voel me super! Maar een mondgeur is natuurlijk sociaal gezien erg vervelend en dat samen met mijn ontlasting die nog altijd niet is wat het zou moeten zijn, is het toch ook een teken dat er echt iets aan de hand is.

    Bryonia cretica (Heggenrank) is een tot 3 meter hoog groeiende klimplant, die zich hecht aan heggen en hekken. Ze heeft ruwe bladeren en scharlakenrode bessen. Zowel de wortel als de bessen van Bryonia cretica bevatten giftige bitterstoffen. Bryonia cretica wordt bereid uit de verse, dikke wortel (voor de bloei geoogst).

    Persoonsbeeld:
    Zieke mensen die bij Bryonia cretica passen zijn prikkelbaar, driftig, nerveus en weinig sociaal. Ze willen met rust gelaten worden en thuis blijven. Praten de hele tijd over het werk en zijn bang dat ze in financiële problemen komen. Ze hebben een krachtig postuur. Zijn wanhopig ten aanzien van herstel.
    Opvallende symptomen:
    Klachten ontstaan na een aantal warme dagen, vooral als het daarvoor koel of koud was.
    Bij stekende, trekkende pijnen, welke verergeren door de geringste beweging en verbeteren door absolute rust.
    Gewrichten heet, rood, gevoelig voor aanraken, erg pijnlijk.
    Slijmvliezen droog, heftige dorst met verlangen naar koude dranken, die met kleine slokjes worden gedronken; vaak met droge, gesprongen lippen en een bittere smaak in de mond.
    Verstopping met droge, harde stoelgang.
    Bij verstuikingen en verrekkingen.
    Het eten ligt als een steen in de maag (ook bij Nux vomica en Pulsatilla pratensis).
    Erger door:
    Beweging, hitte en warmte (bij gewrichtsklachten kan warmte ook verbeteren), ergernis en opwinding.
    Beter door:
    Rust, stevige druk (ligt graag op de pijnlijke zijde), in de frisse lucht, koude dranken.
    Toepassingen:
    Indien het persoonsbeeld klopt en een aantal opvallende symptomen aanwezig zijn:

    Bij droge hoest, eventueel met pijn op de borst.
    Gewrichtsklachten.
    Hoofdpijn.
    SpijsverteringsproblemenPotentie en dosering:
    Bryonia cretica D6, 3x daags 10 druppels, 2 tabletten of 2-3 granules.

    • Ook nog even hier een reactie: dank je nog voor het opzoeken en plaatsen. Deels past het wel, maar deels ook helemaal niet. Inmiddels hoef ik het niet meer te slikken en heb ik weer andere middelen gekregen… Daarover binnenkort weer een update!
