Omega-3 olie van Nature’s Answer

Hoe vaak lees je niet in een artikel op het internet, of waar dan ook maar, dat je voor een goede gezondheid wel ‘goede vetten’ moet eten. Wat dan goede vetten zijn, wordt nogal eens in het midden gelaten…

 

Wat zijn dat dan, ‘Goede Vetten’?

goede vettenMisschien omdat ze ervan uitgaan dat het oude dogma van alle verzadigde, vaste vetten zijn slecht en de vloeibare, onverzadigde oliën zijn goed nog steeds klopt? Maar dat idee stamt natuurlijk nog uit de ‘Let op Vet’ tijd, die inmiddels allang weer achterhaald is, maar nog heel hardnekkig aanwezig kan zijn.

Soms, en gelukkig steeds meer bedoelen ze met ‘goede vetten’ juist het omgekeerde: dat je juist zuinig moet zijn met plantaardige oliën en meer vaste, meestal dierlijke vetten zou moeten eten. Daar kan ik me dan helemaal in vinden. Want juist dat zijn in mijn ogen ook de ‘goede vetten’.

 

De Essentiële Vetzuren Omega 3 en 6

Er kan ook op nog weer een andere groep gedoeld worden, als er gesproken wordt over ‘goede vetten’: de essentiële vetten. Oftewel de vetten die wij zelf niet kunnen aanmaken en dus via onze voeding binnen moeten krijgen. Dit zijn de omega 6 en omega 3 vetzuren.

Het is van belang dat de inname van deze twee vetten in balans is. Beide hebben we ze nodig, maar omdat in ons huidige westerse eetpatroon het aandeel omega 6 vaak erg hoog is, moeten we dat compenseren met meer omega 3.

Een gunstige verhouding wordt geschat tussen de 1:2 en 1:4 omega 3 versus omega 6. Maar deze ligt vaak op wel 1:20 of meer tegenwoordig!

Het is belangrijk om een goede balans te hebben, omdat omega 6 ontstekingen bevordert, terwijl omega 3 deze juist tegengaat. Hoe meer omega 6 we dus binnenkrijgen, hoe meer omega 3 we zullen moeten nemen.

 

Van ALA naar DHA naar EPA

Er bestaat zowel van omega 3 als van omega 6 een moeder vetzuur. Van omega 3 is dat Alpha-Linolenic Acid (ALA). Deze is altijd van plantaardige oorsprong. Een goed voorbeeld daarvan is lijnzaadolie.

De kinderen van ALA zijn DHA (Docosahexaenoic Acid) en EPA (Eicosapentaenoic Acid). 

EPA en DHA zijn nodig voor de hersenontwikkeling en functionering en zijn volop te vinden in hersencellen, zenuwcellen, de nieren en de genitaliën. In principe zijn ze niet essentieel, omdat ons lichaam ze zelf kan maken uit ALA. Dit schijnt echter vrij problematisch te zijn. Slechts een klein deel ALA wordt in ons lichaam omgezet in DHA en daarvan weer een nog kleiner deel in EPA.

Het is daarom beter te kiezen voor een bron van omega 3 met zowel DHA als EPA. En dus niet een plantaardige bron, zoals lijnzaad daarvoor te nemen, omdat daar alleen ALA inzit.

 

Bronnen van DHA en EPA vetzuren

De beste bronnen voor deze twee vetzuren zijn koud water vissen, zoals zalm, sardines en makreel. Vaker vis eten dus…

Dat vindt nu niet iedereen even makkelijk of zelfs lekker. Bij mij thuis bijvoorbeeld `ijn mijn jongste en ik de enige die gek zijn op vis. We eten het echter maar zelden, omdat de rest het maar zo zo vindt of er gewoonweg van gruwelt.

Bovendien vind ik het lastig hier om aan goede vis te komen en is zelfs de bevroren zalm uit de supermarkt mega duur geworden. En zalmfilet, dat was de enige vis die er bij de meeste hier nog wel inging…

 

Visolie een alternatief voor Wie geen Vis Blieft

In dat soort gevallen zijn supplementen een uitkomst natuurlijk! Van Puurmieke.nl mocht ik een fles Nature’s Answer Vloeibare Omega-3 met sinaasappelsmaak uitproberen. Dat lieten de oudste twee zich geen twee keer zeggen. Beide zijn ieder op hun eigen manier met gezondheid en voeding bezig en zijn daarom ook bekend met het belang van deze ‘goede vetten’.

 

De Voor- en Nadelen

Na hun ervaringen met de gefermenteerde levertraan waren ze eerst wat huiverig om deze visolie te proberen. Wat dat betreft hadden het misschien beter capsules kunnen zijn. Omdat visolie ook snel ranzig wordt, is het in capsules ook langer te bewaren. Nadelen zijn dan weer dat kleine kinderen vaak moeite hebben om capsules weg te krijgen en in verhouding is visolie in capsules ook vaak een stuk prijziger.

Een ander nadeel van dat het geen capsules zijn, is de hap olie die je in je mond mond nemen. Nu is dat in mijn ogen ook een kwestie van wennen. Zeker als je gewend bent om te oil-pullen, zal dit geen punt zijn. En anders kun je de olie ook nog ergens doorheen mengen natuurlijk. 

Nadat ik als voorproever, want ik heb geen moeite met een sterke vissmaak, had voorgeproefd en hen kon vertellen dat het echt reuze meeviel, hebben zij zich er ook aan gewaagd. Vervolgens maakten ze de fles in no-time leeg. Het viel ze inderdaad ontzettend mee! En zoals ook op de site staat en in tegenstelling tot wanneer je vis eet of gefermenteerde levertraan hebt genomen: geen visboertjes!

 

Weinig Ophoping Zware Metalen

De Nature’s Answer Omega-3 is gemaakt van sardientjes en ansjovis, kleine visjes dus die vrij laag in de keten staan. Dit betekent dat er ook minder ophopingen van zware metalen inzitten, dan in vissen die hoger in de keten staan en deze kleine vissen zelf als voer hebben. Dat is dus mooi meegenomen!

En de jongste, voor wie het natuurlijk ook erg belangrijk is om voldoende omega 3 binnen te krijgen? Zij wilde er af en wel een lepeltje van, maar niet uit zichzelf. Nu lust zij gelukkig wel graag vis, vooral makreel en sardientjes (uit blik…) wil ze nog wel eens op brood doen, dus dat scheelt dan weer. Het zou wat vaker moeten eigenlijk, daar gaan we aan werken!

    • Ja, het is zeer zeker ook een mogelijkheid om omega 3 uit algen te halen. Hier zitten dacht ik nog wel wat haken en ogen aan, maar precies weet ik het nog niet. Dat ben ik nog aan het uitzoeken. Zodra ik meer weet, zal ik daarover berichten.

    Van het weekend las ik nog een stukje van Juglen Zwaan over algen wat ik hierna zal toevoegen. Toch zijn de stoffen omega 3, vitamine D en B12 schaars in de voeding en raad ik daarvoor wel suppletie in de natuurlijke vorm aan. Zoals ik wel vaker heb aangehaald, kies ik voor wat betreft omega 3 voor algenolie. Vissen zijn vaak vervuild en halen zelf hun EPA- en DHA-omega 3 uit de algen. Waarom zouden we de vissen lastigvallen, als we ook direct voor de bron kunnen kiezen?

    Я не понимаю, почему некоторым удается заработать на рынке, а таким как я , не особо. Я и читаю аналитику, обзоры, слежу за новостями, а денег у меня, как кот наплакал. Не понимаю в чём дело. Я постоянно всё изучаю, открываю ордера не от балды, а думаю как лучше, а в итоге я почти ничего не зарабатываю, нервы трачу, а взамен ничего не получаю, обидно как-то получается…(((

    Для меня сотрудничество с Esperio оказалось провальным. Благо все обошлось небольшой суммой, какие-то копейки поначалу удалось вывести, то сумма вклада осталась у этих мошенников, никакой обратной связи и тем более качественной поддержки у них нет. Это все пыль в глаза, дабы прикарманить Ваши и мои в том числе деньги((((

    Пробовал работать. Не знаю у кого там с выводом денег все норм., я ничего вывести не смог. Скорее всего отзывы пишет сам брокер. Картинка конечно красивая, предлагает большое количество инструментов и рынков для торговли, доступные спреды на сделки. Порог входа – нулевой, достаточно низкие спреды. Но это все сказки для неопытных. Самый обычный развод!

    Не спорю MT4 сама по себе качественная торговая платформа. Но в руках мошенников это всего лишь обманный ход. Заявляет, что поддерживает работу фактически со всеми торговыми инструментами. Только смысла нет, если контора работает только на ввод.
